We'll hold a weekly drawing
from all "Filled Up Forms" we receive each week and four
winners will receive an exciting prize. Drawings will be

complete this form
as soon as you "fill it up." If your
Scout has filled more than 1 sheet complete this
form one time for each form filled up.

Every Scout who sells $750 or
more in popcorn will be invited to a very special
celebration to be held at Chuck E. Cheese in Natick on
Monday, January 14, 2013. Clink on link below to register Scouts from your pack or troop
who sold over $750 so we can get them an invite to this special
celebration.

Every Scout who sells $2,000 or more
